Cut the chicken stripes into desired number of pieces. Make a hole in the middle of the chicken pieces and fill it in with grated mozzarella. In a separate mixing bowl, mix the crushed Cheesy Bites biscuits with dried coriander and salt. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and coat it with Maida and the Cheesy Bites mixture. Then fry it in deep Solid Gold Oil until the pieces are golden brown and the cheese have melted.
